APS Energia

PBI systems (buffer pulse rectifiers) are DC power units tailored to the needs of industrial plants with high requirements in terms of operational reliability, technical specifications and supply reliability.

Designed to power loads in cooperation with a battery or directly from the power supply. PBI type power supplies are designed for use in DC uninterruptible power supply systems, to power receivers and charge batteries with nominal voltages of 24VDC, 48VDC, 110VDC, 220VDC or other devices compatible with their specifications. The systems have been constructed based on contemporary trends in the field of power electronics. Independent, parallel operation of the modules leads to redundancy work, which ensures uninterrupted operation of the power supply in the case of failure of one of the modules. PBI M rectifier modules are designed for installation in 19" cabinets, creating a compact structure optimized in terms of the working conditions of modules. The use of modern power semiconductor devices affects their high efficiency and stable battery charging performance, in line with the recommendations of EUROBAT.

Rectifier power modules work without a controller are designed for parallel connection of several modules in one cabinet. Modules work with an external controller which records the parameters of all modules. The main purpose of the systems is the construction of MS-type multi-module systems.

Rectifier power modules with a work controller. Devices available in 4U and 6U rack versions. Systems designed to work independently or as modules in rectifiers, switching stations or other power systems. These systems are used uninterruptible power supply systems as an independent battery charging module with high requirements.

Low-power systems (up to 22kW) able to operate independently. They are available in a version which can be suspended on the wall. PBI CW are equipped with full control of the system's operation and the necessary functionalities (thermal compensation, battery circuit continuity). Ideal for working along with small batteries. Its small size allows it to be installed in a small room.

Low-power systems (up to 22kW) able to operate independently. Small standing casing. Equipped with full control of the system's operation and the necessary functionalities (thermal compensation, battery circuit continuity). Ideal for working along with small batteries. Its small size allows it to be installed in a small room.

PBI MS systems have been constructed in accordance with modern trends in the field of power electronics suppliers. The possibility of independent, parallel operation of the modules makes redundancy work possible that ensures uninterrupted operation of the power supply. The functionality of PBI MS systems allows the construction of rectifiers with significant power output, as well as more complex systems.

The PBI T circuits are designed to meet the stringent requirements related to the operation of equipment in nuclear power plants. Designed to operate equipment without fans, the circuits boast extended uptime. The PBI T system enables building high power output rectifiers. This rectifier is powered by sinusoidal current, that is very important, especially in case of high powers.
